Wash components are positioned to maximize tunnel space and to allow optimal dwell time, while still requiring less space than some competitive equipment. MacNeil’s RG-440 Conveyor is a reliable backbone to over 3000 washes internationally and is the key to consistent uptime and high throughputs. MacNeil’s SuperFlex Wrap-Around brushes feature Envirosoft foam cleaning material to provide a safe, quiet clean and provide a double pass across the front and rear center of vehicles to reach areas often missed. The Evolution Top Brush also features Envirosoft foam to safely clean hoods, windshields and rear windows, eliminating eyebrows and providing fuller coverage than mitters or other top brushes.
